Now that it’s fall, events of all sorts are popping up and there’s something for everyone- here’s our list of what’s happening around the valley as the first full week of October gets underway.

First up, if you’re getting ready for fall cooking there are plenty of Farmers Markets around town throughout the week

Las Vegas Farmers Market @ Uncommons  Sundays 10a-2p

Summerlin Farmers Market @ the Pavilion in Downtown Summerlin, Saturdays 9a-2p

Farmers Market @ The District, Green Valley Ranch Thursdays, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (new Fall schedule)

Skye Canyon Farmers Market in the lower parking lot of Skye Fitness Thursdays 2-8p

Las Vegas Farm in northwest valley Saturdays and Sundays 9a-4p

Speaking of fall, everyone wants to find pumpkins and Halloween fun.  Check these out!

UnCommon Harvest at Etho Park – a festive fall destination every weekend with a pumpkin patch, local vendors, seasonal activities, photo-ops, games and more. Includes the Unleashed pet market! Fridays and Saturdays 6p-10p during October

Annual Fall Harvest Festival at the Las Vegas Farm– market, animals, activities and food. Saturdays and Sundays in October 9a-5p

Parade of Mischief-  a free, family-friendly Halloween parade in Downtown Summerlin running Fridays and Saturdays at 6p October 2-24

Kingdom of Zombies- an all-ages Halloween haunt at the Las Vegas Sportspark in Summerlin, Fridays-Sundays October 2nd to the 31st

The Halloween Town Pumpkin Patch – Boca Park (opening Friday 10/9) and Southwest locations (opening Thursday 10/8), among others


If arts are more your vibe, don’t miss the 2026 Festival of Arts in Downtown Summerlin, October 9-11 9a-4p


With all the Halloween candy flowing, there are good opportunities for fun outdoor fitness

Unwind Rooftop Pilates @ Uncommons – rooftop of parking structure 3, 6835 Ruby Duncan St, Every Wednesday 6-7p

Fitness on the lawn- Downtown Summerlin, Tuesdays at 7p

Fit 4 Mom– The Lawn at Downtown Summerlin, Mon, Wed, Sat and Sun- (times very, you must register)


Finally, some mainline community events and celebrations to enjoy

Live music at the UnCommons Quad– rotating local music artists every Friday and Saturday evening from 6-9pm

National Night Out in Downtown Summerlin – they’ll have LVPD officers, K-9 units, SWAT, the Air Unit, Traffic Bureau, and local fire and rescue personnel, with up-close views of police cruisers, fire trucks, and emergency equipment, along with community resources- booths and information from local safety organizations, government agencies, and community groups. Kids, families, and pets are welcome to attend. Tuesday October 6 4:30-730p, details here

Las Vegas PRIDE Night Parade Downtown Las Vegas is always a good time- 4th Street & Bridger Avenue, October 9 from 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Parade starts at 7:00 PM)
