Downtown Las Vegas has a new neighbor.
On Friday, West Valley Pulse joined members of the Las Vegas community to celebrate the opening of the newest French Riviera La Tropezienne Bakery location in Downtown Las Vegas.
Owners Gladys and Franck Khalifa welcomed guests into the new space, which brings together a French bakery, bistro and cocktail bar under one roof.
We had the opportunity to meet Gladys and Franck during the celebration and take a look around. From the pastries and bakery counter to the glowing French Riviera sign above the bar, the space feels polished and distinctly French, while still fitting comfortably into its Downtown Las Vegas surroundings.
Las Vegas is constantly changing, but some of the most interesting changes happen one storefront, one business and one entrepreneur at a time, and this opening also marks another step in the growth of a locally owned Las Vegas business that has continued expanding its presence across the Las Vegas Valley.
For us, that’s what made this one worth putting The Radar.
