About West Valley Pulse
West Valley Pulse is about the people, businesses, ideas, and places that make the Las Vegas West Valley more than a collection of neighborhoods. It is a place to discover the people building businesses, shaping communities, creating experiences, and quietly doing the work that keeps this part of the valley moving. We are interested in what happens beneath the surface—the stories behind the storefronts, the people behind the businesses, the decisions behind the growth, and the connections that turn a place into a community.
Ricky sees West Valley Pulse through the eyes of an observer. After decades of building businesses, working in real estate, and paying attention to how people and communities actually function, he has become less interested in simply reporting what happened and more interested in understanding why it matters. Who is building something? What brought them here? What have they learned? What makes this place work? And how do all of those individual stories connect to the larger rhythm of Las Vegas?
West Valley Pulse is still becoming what it will be. Think of it as a digital town square—a place where business owners, community leaders, entrepreneurs, craftspeople, neighbors, and curious people can find one another and share what they are building. We don’t pretend to have all the answers. We’re here to look closely, ask good questions, listen to the stories, and discover the people and ideas shaping the West Valley together.
One community. Many voices. One pulse.
